These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of echaos.org, our online store at cms.echaos.org, and any purchase you make from eChaos (“eChaos”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information.
3. Products and print-on-demand fulfillment
Our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify, and its network of print providers. Each item is produced after you order it. Colors, sizes and placement can vary slightly from on-screen mockups because of monitor settings and the printing process. Product descriptions, sizing charts and images are provided in good faith; we do not warrant that they are error-free.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Sales tax is added where required by law. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Payments are processed securely by our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal (including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Venmo and Pay Later where offered). We never see or store your full card number. Your payment is also subject to the processor’s own terms and privacy policy. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) for reasons such as an obvious pricing error, a product becoming unavailable, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to.
6. Shipping
Items usually go into production within 2–7 business days and ship from the print provider’s facility. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination and carrier. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the item is handed to the carrier. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes or fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you provided; re-shipping may be charged. If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 14 days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Because every item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or color expectations. Please check the size chart before ordering.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: email support@echaos.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to return the item.
- Lost in transit: if an order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will reprint it or refund you.
- Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including artwork, designs, logos, music, text and images, belongs to eChaos or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the item itself, not any right to reproduce the design. You may not copy, resell or commercially use our content without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no unlawful activity, fraud, scraping, interfering with security, uploading malware, or infringing anyone’s rights. We may suspend access for violations.
10. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except where those warranties cannot be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eChaos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold eChaos harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
