This Privacy Policy explains how eChaos (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit echaos.org, use our store at cms.echaos.org, contact us, or buy from us.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order details, account login, and anything you send through our contact form or by email.
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe or PayPal. We receive limited details (for example the card brand, last four digits and payment status) but never your full card number.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location, collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: records of support requests and emails you send us.
2. How we use your information
- To process, fulfill, ship and support your orders, including sending order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To answer questions and provide customer support.
- To prevent fraud, secure the site and enforce our Terms.
- To operate, maintain and improve the site and our products.

3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed:
- Printify and its print providers, to produce and ship your order (name, shipping address, phone/email for delivery, and items ordered).
- Stripe and PayPal, to process payments and prevent fraud.
- Shipping carriers (for example USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), to deliver your order.
- Hosting, email and IT providers that operate our website and email.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
- A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the cart, checkout and account login. Our payment processors set cookies for fraud prevention. We may use basic analytics to understand site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but checkout may not work without essential cookies.
5. Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years). Contact-form messages and support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
9. Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
